I opened holdem manager today and it looks like the files are being imported but the hud wont open and i see no hands under reports and no tournaments under results.

any ideas?

Which HM version?
Which site are you playing? For stars you need to update to 1.12.09: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
