HUD not working on Betsafe (Ongame)

Hello,
after updating to 1.12.09 the HUD on Ongame stopped to work (I was using 1.12.03b before). The HUD works on the other sites. The hands are imported normally for Ongame also, but HUD does not appear. the table is found in Tablefinder but no HUD. I also deleted exenames.txt but it did not help.
I am playing tournaments but the hud also does not work on cash tables.
What should I do?

Reboot your computer. And run the update again: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
Does HoldemManager display it's 1.12.09 when you run the program?


Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
Then try the TableFinder again: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

Select/highlight the table first in TableFinder, before you move the red X to the table.

yes, when I install the latest version I see 1.12.09 on my title bar.
I deleted the exenames.txt file but no change
i select the table correctly with TableFinder (I have used it many times before so I know how it works) - the name and the details of the table appear in tablefinder, but hud does not appear on the table.

If I downgrade to 1.12.03 the HUD on ongame appears, but this is not acceptable solution because pokerstars hands are not imported anymore in 1.12.03 (this version is from september). so i cannot continue to use such old version - other sites will also stop to work when they change something in their hand history - can't you fix the ongame problem in the latest version?
