1) As I understand it, the problem is that General > Name take it Name not from the file name, but from xml.file. There is a need? The problem is easy to reproduce:
Rename any def file in file manager. OF course you can recieve and import already renamed(by users) definition from your users.
Let say we rename definition.xml in definition_renamed.xml.
Run NC. Choose or Import this definition_renamed. xml. In Def. tab you see this def. as "definition". Make inactive > Delete him. Relaunch NC - definition is not removed! Ok - Now try Rename "definition_renamed" in NC > General > Name > "NEW" and you RECIEVE 2 definition with the same name "NEW" in your definition tab! Try to delete them > Relaunch NC - and you will see "definition" in your Def. Tab again!
2) Choose any Def. Let it be "default". In General > Name > rename "default" on "New" > File > Save new.
Now we have 2 def - "default" and "New". That is right. Try to change something in this renamed def, for examle Flop > Action. After that don't close this "New" def and rename it to something else - "New1" for example. File > Save - not work!. And your changed Flop > Action also do not work until you relaunch NC. After relaunch you see in your Def tab - "default", "new" and "new1" definition instead of the expected "default" and "New1". Only after that Flop> Action in "new1" will work properly.
