I encountered a new problem I have never had before.
I open HEM. When I click on the HEM box on the taskbar at the bottom of my screen the program appears to be popping up on a non existent monitor to the right of my screen. I restart HEM, same thing. I can't access the program.
I have the latest update, etc.
