import errors - can't set up hero name

I've just got HEM and I want to set up my hero name.

I open pokerstars and play a few hands and the auto import facility imports some files, but it says there are errors. This means I can't set up my hero name or use the software.

I have the latest version and have downloaded the updates for p-stars.

What am I doing wrong?
