I tried to track down my tourneys and SnGs stats, and I found out that not all games are being calculated in...

Tried to remove or add filters, but still... couldnt find all the stats.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that HM indicates that I have 8 not finished tourneys, although I have finished them all?

- I'm using 1.09beta3b
- I play the tourneys on PS (cash on FTP, so I cant compare)
- I tried both auto import, and import from folder
- yes, I can see the hand history in the folder
- I dont know if they will be imported to new DB as the problem is inconsistent (175 games out of 183 are marked as completed)

For stars you must request your tournament summaries from their lobby > requests menu. Then import the summaries after pasting them into a text file.

Tried it as well...
Still I see uncompleted tourneys in the HM, and miss couple of tourneys (that appear in the tourney history txt file).

Any idea?

Can you zip and email the original files for the problem hands to us?

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.net and CC me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net.

Hi, you do have some hand histories where the last hand is not recorded. For example the filename:

0604090054HH20090519 T164905037 No Limit Hold'em $2 + $0.20.txt

You will see that the last hand in the tourney is you folding but you still have a bunch of chips. What happened is after busting out (most likely on the next hand) you closed the table too quickly. For every tourney that you have an incomplete you will see the same thing
