Translate to russian

Is it possible to make definitions Note Caddy on Russian language by my self in xml files?

It is possible but you'd have to do some translating yourself. For example, when you open a definition, there is a "description" field in the "general" tab and you can put whatever you want there. Also, you can go to tools->customize note output and you can translate enumeration values like "top pair/top kicker" to say whatever you want.
