I don't know if this is the right spot for this, but I keep getting this error message after HEM has been running for 10 min or so. I've downloaded the 30 beta twice now but still having issues.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** Exception Text **************

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

There's more in the middle of this message but this is the gist of it...help plz?

Is your HUD open and running when it crashes? Can you please try to use this HUD build. Replace your \holdem manager\hmhud.exe with this one.

http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HUDb29/HMHud.exe

If that doesn't solve it, please try downgrading Hm to beta 29.

http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.09.29.exe

Please let us know which of those solutions help, or obviously if they don't help.

I don't think either of them did...I had this problem before I DL'd the 30 beta as well...and like my HUD works, I'm importing hands ok, but then I go to check my stats...sometimes it shows them, but other times it said an unexpected error has occured...click continue or quit blah blah...so I don't know???

The first message I get where it says continue/quit/shows the details says: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

The first message I get where it says continue/quit/shows the details says: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

This is almost always a firewall or privileges issue.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, uninstall it completely before installing HM/SQL - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Please try following all of these FAQs, step by step:

1) http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=34
2) http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

If that doesn't help at all we may want to schedule a remote support session to assist you.
