Problem importing

The hands were importing fine before but now when i start up HEM on the import screen it says Stop Import.

I click that and it says Stopping...

but nothing happens and when i close HEM it says Import is still running. Do you still want to exit and have HEM stop the import?

I've tried reinstalling but the same thing happens.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

This is the cause of a frozen/stuck importer 99% of the time.
