View Full Version : Cereus HHs not importing?

Anybody else having a problem with Cereus (APS or UB) HHs no longer importing? Hands imported fine until Sept 2nd (I do have latest beta upgrade, v30)

Please reboot your computer, delete all files in the handhistory folder of your pokerclient, check the handhistory settings in your Pokerclient and the auto-import settings in HM and try again.

Tried that, no difference.

HEM seems to be pulling my HHs from the pokerclient handhistory folder (the HHs are no longer in the pokerclient folder, and the HHs are now in the archive folder which I set up for HEM to dump the HHs into once it has processed them).

I can see the auto importer running and it claims to be processing files.

But, none of the hands are showing up in HEM. Weird? I don't see any hands after the date I mentioned. In fact, it seems to stop at a specific time on that date, and hands after 8:30am aren't showing up.

I have all my filters turned off, so I'm not accidentally filtering.

Other ideas?

I could import the hands without any problems.

New database seems to work fine, thanks.

Should I delete the old database?

*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, and export/import the hands from the old DB, and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21
