I'm getting these error messages:

And then it takes me to the database control panel and when I try to connect I get this message:

I've already downloaded and re-installed the latest update and that doesn't help.

Please reboot your computer.

If it doesn't help its a firewall problem: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=164

I have been getting the same problem since a McAfee update and a Windows Update on Thursday night. It's Vista, of course. The odd thing about the problem is that it is intermittent (but frequent). I've tried disabling McAfee. Windows Firewall is permanently disabled anyway.

The message usually appears when I click "Refresh". Hands import fine, PAHud works fine. Clicking "Stop Import" and then clicking "Start Import" solves the problem. Sometimes clicking on "Graph" and then back to "Session" solves the problem. Sometimes it doesn't. I am continuing to investigate the many variables involved.

You can try to set it to local system account...
