Is this laptop or a desktop?

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

The HM/dbcontrolpanel.exe and hold'em manager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator.
I update my cards drivers to the lasta version and I installed all windows updates .
The UAC is turned off.

My harddisk is a Seagate Barracuda 7200 rpm

It's weird because the PC playing stack works best playing when I have the appearance settings "let Windows choose what's best for the team" when I have the "best performance" playing 15 tables.

PD: I'm using Postgres 9.1, may have something to do?

Try installing SQL 8.4.x to port 543x, reimport your hands, to check if that gives you better performance.

think the problem was solved by installing postgres 8.4, I tried to play 32 tables 18man and worked perfectly!

Using 8.4 as a fix could have two reasons:
-1. We don't support 9.1. (we do support 8.2/8.3/8.4/9.0) Apparently there still are some issues with 9.1.
PokerTracker 4 for that reason also doesn't support 9.1

-2 It's possible another program (anti-virus, firewall, etc.) was blocking (or monitoring and therefore partially blocking the connection) of the port you had 9.1 installed on. And the 8.4 port is completely free.

(something you could check by for example installing 9.0) (though I would stick to 8.4 for now)
