Hi.
I cleared my HM1 license and after a few minutes i tried to register again but now im getting an error.
Already went to my account to "reset all profiles" there, even got an email saying that my serial "has been reset and you can now use this key on two new installs", but still dont work. Its strange that in (?) says that my key its still being used in one computer here https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/myAccount.php.
Also had a look at this FAQ http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/24/I+Can%27t+Activate+%26+Register+Holdem+Manager#hem and looked for those files to delete, but couldnt find them.
What can i do?
Thank you.

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden file)

Also please try this:

1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your updated Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.
