Hi,

Yesterday, i did a maintenance at my database.

Just open the database at pgadmin III, and executed the vacuum, analyze and reindex operations. I also deleted the files from pg_log directory.

Today i installed 30a release, played 2k hands and now the hands just dont appears at aba report.

I can see that i play 2k hands, can see the stats, the option "last 100 hands" is selected, no filter, but hem just keep processing and dont show any hand.

Any idea about what can i do ?

Tks

Hi,

If you turn off logging, these wouldn't keep collecting. What version of SQL are you using?

Today i installed 30a release, played 2k hands and now the hands just dont appears at aba report.

Can you see the hands displayed on any of the tabs? Reports? Hands? Sessions?

I can see that i play 2k hands, can see the stats, the option "last 100 hands" is selected, no filter, but hem just keep processing and dont show any hand.

Does your hard drive keep spinning and your processor light is working/blinking on your computer?

Or does it seem like HM is done working, but simply cant display anything in the bottom 'hands' windows of the various tabs?

I have seen the latter happen a fair amount recently. What version did u upgrade from? Please try to downgrade to beta 29, and see if the problem goes away, so perhaps we can try to pinpoint the issue a little bit.

If the problem persists, there may be a problem with your actual DB or the PostgreSQL installation.

*Please make sure your Windows Auto Update is fully updated.
*Make sure you have Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.
*Try creating a new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, and export/import the hands from the old DB, and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

TY, the problem was solved after the action above. Any chance I can use this collumns again or should i keep them out ?

I´m still facing this problem.

If you use the 'all hands' regularly, you should leave them out. Those are the columns which require the most cpu/db work for HM to retrieve.

I´m still facing this problem.

Please ask any table scanner questions in their dedicated sub-forum so their support can help you.
