After not opening HEM for a while, I opened it today and it opens claiming that it is running an import. When I play it doesn't actually import hands, when I click stop import is says "Stopping..." but never actually stops.

I downloaded and installed an update which did not fix it, I figured I'd ask what the next course of action is here before I delete and reinstall.

Please reboot your computer and install the latest Beta 1.09.30a immediately after the reboot.

I tried it, and then I also tried untinstalling and reinstalling and I still have the same problem.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
