Can't import more than 500k HHs

I bought 2 mil HHs yesterday but after HM imports about 1/4 of them it stops. Is the database full? I made a another database and the same problem occured after importing 500k HHs. I've heard you can millions of HHs in one database but that doesn't seem to be the case for me :( What can I do?

Import the hands in portions via import file or import from folder. There is no general limit for the import.
How many space do you have on c:?
Which HM Version?
