Stars scan only picks up 4 / 17 tables!

Am getting very incomplete scans on pstars 6max Omaha tables.

HEM Scanner only finds 4 out of the 17 active tables.

I'm running no filters and have tried reorganising by players, ascending and descending.

I would appreciate some support.

1) You sort the Stars lobby by tablename or stake?

2) Serverside or Clientside scan?

3) Is it constantly returning the 4/17 tables or randomly getting all?

4) What "Format" did you set in the left scanner panel?

There was a good reason for the lack of tables returned...I didn't have speed/turbo selected in format.
