1) Clear your web cache, and download the beta update again, with another browser if possible.
2) Right-Click > Save Link As to save it to a different folder.
3) Reboot, and run the installer first thing.
4) Make sure the update is installing to the proper \holdem manager folder

If still the same issue, please export any custom HUD configs you may have, and:

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing HUD Prefs file, so HM will rebuild it to default.
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

You will have to fix all your seating preferences, and stat positions, along with your custom hud imports.

If that doesn't work, you can try replacing your HoldemManager.config file with a default one. This will force you to manually reset the majority of settings/preferences in HM.

i can't even open the manager! i did some research and i think it's a .net framework problem.

Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Software and uninstall every Microsoft .NET Framework you can find in the list.

Reboot at this point might not be a bad idea.

2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

I've got the lastest version of .net framework which is 4 beta 1 for window 7. Have you done some test with it and HEM?

Windows 7 is not yet released, so we have not yet tested everything fully, and won't be able to until it is fully released.

My support manager suggests you try to reinstall the .net framework, except you obviously want to install the latest/same version you have for W7.
