Can someone in your support show some initiative. One e-mail every 24 hrs is extremely tedious.

Can a mod move this to HEM1. It's a license issue.

I just checked and it's been 5 days since I sent my 1st email saying I can't access my license. It's been over 24 hours since I last received a reply. Nobody responds to this thread either. Seriously what do i have to do to get access to something I paid for that you messed up!
