The title of the thread basically sums it up.

At first, HM works perfectly.

Then after 10-20 hands, the HUD just doesn't update any more.

See the picture.

On the right, the wrong players' stats have been there for a long time and nobody else's is updating. I was about 25 hands in when this picture was taken.

My apologies for the low image quality. IDK why it's like that.

The hands do import properly, though, and it all shows up in my HM database reports, graphs, etc.

What's going on?

In case you haven't heard it enough, HM is an excellent product. Keep up the good work!

I wonder what you guys will come up with next....

Please make sure you have the 1.09 beta 30a patch from the link in my signature.

If that doesn't help, or you need help for any reason, please let us know.

The patch tried to install, but gave 3 or 4 error messages along the way, all regarding specific files whose names I can't all remember. One of them, I think, was holdemmanager.exe.

When I tried to open HM again, it failed.

I got this error message and after clicking 'continue', HM just doesn't open. It just stays at the 'initializing database' window.

1) Clear your web cache, and download the beta update again, with another browser if possible.
2) Right-Click > Save Link As to save it to a different folder.
3) Reboot, and run the installer first thing.
4) Make sure the update is installing to the proper \holdem manager folder

Hmm.

The directory didn't change, but for some reason that stuff worked.

Thank you.
