I had some computer issues and I uninstalled/reinstalled HEM. I got HEM back up and working again, but now I cannot find my Hand Histories.
What I used to do is type the tournament ID # in the search box on Vista and there would be the whole raw HH. But now I try it and nothing matches the search.
Not really sure where they went before, but did not have this problem until after I reinstalled HEM.

Are you trying to find your archived hands?
Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.
To verify the current location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

Or where pokerstars writes the histories?

Yes, I am looking for my archive HHs.
There is the screenshot from that: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit
It worked for before I reinstalled HEM.

You are auto-importing hands from c:....handhistroy\...?
Isn't there a typo?
Are you sure that your Pokerclient writes to this directoy?

Yes I spelled history wrong, didn't notice it until now.
But that is the right folder where the Pokerclient saves the HH to.
My HUD works fine. I just cannot find my archived HHs.

Is that the same folder you used to archive before? Does that folder not exist now? Have you tried to do a basic search of your entire C:\ drive for .txt files?

Is that the same folder you used to archive before? yes, been the same since I first got HEM.
Does that folder not exist now? Both folders exist in my C: drive. If I do not run HEM, the files show up there (C:\user...hand hist..arctic-aces) and stay there.
Have you tried to do a basic search of your entire C:\ drive for .txt files? Yes, I have vista and when I go to review my games I type in the Tourney ID# and always found them before.

Uninstalling Holdem Manager would not delete your files from teh C:\HMArchive directory, because they aren't even near each other. Which is why we suggest that folder.
If you actually had set your archive folder to be something like this:
C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\ArchivedHands
They will get deleted when you uninstall HM. It sounds like that is a definite possibility at this point.
What site is this for? If stars or tilt, I would suggest you email their support department and ask for all your hand history text files and tournament summary files to be emailed to you for import to holdem manager.
