Hi there,

I looked through the forum and can't seem to find an answer that takes care of my problem so here it goes.

I installed the Trial version of Holdem Manager two days ago. I'm running Vista so, as I followed the step by step installation guide, I made sure to turn off UAC as requested. I set up PostreSQL and HEM, they both boot correctly. I setup the Player Preferences, Site Preferences, Seating etc... my HUD is ready to be launched.

I then go to PokerStars, turn on the HandHistory saves, leave them in the default C:\Program Files\Pokerstars\HandHistory folder, play a few hands, the files are present.

I setup the Import Folders of HEM to exactly the same one, with an automatically created HMArchive activated too. Then, I click Auto Import. I get the 'can't find cards0.png' error, delete the file as it was said in another thread and try again, the message is gone so that was not the problem.

The problem resides below:

When I click on Auto Import and have tables running (or not) the white Tables window shows up correctly, the green progress bar advances normally every 5 seconds and I'm shown that HEM 'Found 1 new file' every time a hand is played. However, I also get a line that says 'Import Errors: X' where the X keeps climbing as the hands keep accumulating.

Then, when I try to go to HUD -> Setup Hero Names, no names are in the list. If I go the Cash Games Tab, Tourney Tab, Players Tab, etc, there is no Data here whatsoever. As if HEM was importing hands but did not recognized them. Now, before anyone asks, the hands are saved in English through Pokerstars.

I've been looking around for two days and just started multitabling. It makes you realize how important stats are when you got 12 tables going, and I would love to get the HUD working. If anyone has a solution, please let me know. If you have any other questions or need additional info, feel free to ask.

Thanks!

You're amazing, thank you!

The Beta Update fixed the issue, I now have the HUD up and running and I'm buying HEM Pro in 12 days :)

Thanks again,

Alex
