All,

My results will not show up for today on the cash games reports tab nor in the sessions tab. However, I am certain that HEM is importing the hands because my HUD is updating correctly while at the tables. I am playing on Stars.

It was not working earlier on 1.09 Beta 29 so I upgraded to 30, thinking the latest Stars update was the culprit, but this has not solved the problem.

Alright, the problem appears to be with database communication. No hands are showing up at all. When I went to bed last night, everything was working fine, and HEM isn't giving me any indication that anything is wrong. Perhaps my database got fried somehow?

Also, I am certain it is still reading hands and putting them somewhere. The HUD is still accumulating hands while I play, and it has the complete histories of the players I've already played with. It's getting these hands from somewhere, and it's putting the new hands somewhere, but there is absolutely no communication between the reports page and the database. And yet, if I look myself up using the "change" option, it has all of the players and the correct number of hands.

*Please make sure your Windows Auto Update is fully updated.
*Make sure you have Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.
*Try creating a new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

I haven't gone through the process of creating a new database, but the second set of hands I played today now show up on the reports. If I select "all hands this year" or "this month," this session is the only session that shows up. And yet, the HUD has all of the information from my previous sessions. I have no idea where the hands I played in my first session went, but since the HUD had access to them, they must be somewhere. Sigh, I'll give the new database creation a shot, but this has to be some very strange communication issue.

Will report back in thirty minutes or so.

It sounds like a corrupt DB, or postgresql installation, to me.
