1) version 1.08.04

2) a. Pokerstars
b. NL
c. Yes

4) Hand histories show up in: C:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\CloserkinG

5)Handhistories are not importing into HM. Underneath the Import Progress section I get import errors for every hand played.

6) Table finder reads I can not find any unattached hands. Please wait until the Manager has imported some.

7) HH are in English

8) NO UAC as I'm using xp

I did answer the questions and now after trying to update HM won't open at all I get an error...and when I ran the update I received an error stating:

The package was unable to replace the following file: C:\ProgramFilies\RVGSoftware\HoldemManager\HoldemM anager.exe

I just posted a generic/automated response, but I quoted the important part of your answers that are causing the issue, and highlighted the necessary step to fix it.

For the 'won't replace files' issue, reboot and then run the update before you do anything else.


1) Clear your web cache, and download the beta update again, with another browser if possible.
2) Right-Click > Save Link As to save it to a different folder.
3) Reboot, and run the installer first thing.
4) Make sure the update is installing to the proper \holdem manager folder
