Hi,

I have played about 50 multi table SNGs recently. When I looked at the tourney tab, I noticed at least 2 with incorrect results. One correctly shows that placed first in a 90 person SNG, yet it shows $0 for $won. The other shows that I finished 5th in a 180 person SNG (I finished 11th) and also shows that I have won $0 (I have won $8.64). Can u tell me what might be the problem?

Thanks

Attila

What version of HM, what site, what operating system?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.

If pokerstars, you have to request summaries, paste them into a text file and then import those to HM.

Pokerstars > Requests > Tourney Histories

Copy the body of the email, paste into new text file, HM > Import From File.

Hey,

It was 1.09 beta 24, windows XP and yes, it was Pokerstars. Now I have updated to latest beta, did import the tourney historys file, and it still shows the same wrong data (yes i did click refresh) Should I have deleted the tourneys from HM first, then import the summaries? Or anything else?

Thanks

Attila

Please try with a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

Hi,

It worked with a new database, so that means that I should play with the original database (since that has the hands data), then if i want to look at my results, load up the new database and import the summary files here?

Also, does it work the same way with FullTilt tourneys?

Full Tilt writes the tourney summary file to your local PC, where stars does not.

Export your original DB to text files and import them all to your new DB.

Then delete the original DB once you know the new one is accurate.
