I just purchased and downloaded the latest version of Holdem Manager this weekend.
I followed the installation guide for PostgreSQL and Holdem Manager and everything went fine. I move on to the Quickstart guide and get everything set up for Pokerstars to save my hands to my C drive. THen I tell Holdem Manager where my hands are being saved.
Now comes the problem. As the guide says, I close Holdem Manager and re-open it. Click the auto download button, then I go to PokerStars and play a few hands. I come back to Holdem Manager and it says that it has found no new hands to import. Then I check to make sure Pokerstars has sent the file and it has. Then I check to make sure Holdem Manager is looking in the correct place and it is. Then I try to manually import the file and get the same response from Holdem manager that there are no new files to download.
What do I need to do to correct this?
