View Full Version : lagging in the auto import.

I cannot import any hands, iut worked before but now it doesn't. When I press stop import it says "stopping..." and becomes locked in that situation. It's impossible to press start auto import. What is happening to my hold'em manager. This started after I installed the new version and also after ongame came out with their new software.
Another question: Where can I find my registration key (in case I have to unistall the whole software)?

It sounds like a recent windows update turned UAC back on.
Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.
If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, uninstall it completely before installing HM/SQL - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171
For the license issue:
HM > Help > Show Serial Number
