View Full Version : HEM doesn't react after update
I installed an update on HEM 1. First it says 'Initializing database' and then a screen pops up telling me 'Holdem Maneger is making a large database update that will provide many new stats to the hud, player analysis and more. Please click ok and be patient, this could take a very long time if you have a large database.'
I click ok and i am very patient, but immediately HEM 'doesn't react' anymore and all i can do is close it and try again. But i keep getting the same error...
How can change this?

Depending on the size of your database this may run some hours.
The only way to skip this is to create a new database and reimport your hands:
- start dbcontrolpanel.exe directly from c:\program files(X86)\rvg software\holdemmanager
- create a new database and set it to default.
- close dbcontrolpanel
- now you can start Holdemmanager again.
Your original database may be damaged. Please try a vacuum: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/88/Vacuum+Analyze+Database+
After this run a reindex too.
Now you can try to set this database to default again and restart Holdemmanager.
That worked! Thank you very much. The problem was that HEM didn't want to show any stats for 6max cash games on Stars. But with this update it works perfectly, tyvm!
