I recently moved and i dont know if a different internet is why HM doesnt open but i get this message every time i try. "Could not load file or assembly "HEMGUI, Version=1.0.9.0 Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken....or one of its dependencies. The located assemblys manifest defnition does not match the assembly reference. I already tried going through with faq 171 and that didnt work.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.

If that doesn't help you can try replacing your config file with a default copy. This will wipe out almost all of your various settingslike import folders, seating preferences, etc. Your custom HUD configs should survive, but I still recommend you export them all, and make a backup copy of your \config folder before you overwrite your current config file with this default one.

If that doesn't work, we will want to try a clean reinstall of HM.

i have already tried to download the beta like 4 times and it didnt work. as far as replacing my config with a default i have no idea what your talking about. Please just do a clean reinstall of HM because i am deathly sick and tired of downloading files, going through 1300 steps, trying every faq 171 89 32 67 45 out there. If there is a problem with my HM i dont know why you guys are having me do all of the work anyways. Just do a clean of reinstall of my HM because nothing else works for me. If you don't do that i just want a refund because this is gettin ridiculous. If you do a reinstall and it works can i change it from full tilt to pokerstars or no?

I think the best is if we do a teamviewer session (and yes you can use HM for FTP, Stars and other sites).

Please schedule a remote support session with our support manager. Email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so he can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com) session.
