Is there a way to set what my current balance is to track my bankroll?

I use the Rackback line in the graph for this. Work out the difference between your current bankroll and your current winnings/losses, then in the rackback/bonuses section put in that number and set it to the date of your first hand.
Then you can click the rakeback box on the graph page and see your bankroll as the blue line. This doesnt stop you using the rakeback line for it's initial function, but does make it a little more difficult to notice where your small bonuses are on the graph.

Big vertical lines are kickbacks.
Also make sure to either add any deposits to the initial bonus, or as separate bonuses when you make them.

You can vote for it, here - http://holdemmanager.uservoice.com/pages/5307-holdem-manger-suggestions

There are 4 different bankroll management suggestions there, but you should just vote for the one with the bulk of the votes already. ;)
