Where do I find the definition of "Small Stakes" with regards to the Holdem Manager Small Stakes version?

Hold'em Manager Small Stakes Version ($55)

Small Stakes version works up to .25/.50 No Limit, .50/1.00 Limit and up to $22 buy-in tournaments.

Is that the definition? Is there actually a Holdem Manager website page that has this definition?
