How can I shove AA AIPF vs A2s, 109s (same suits both hands) and some random hand that called my shove but folded to the 109s's flop bet and show only 2.9% equity?

Your EV is calculated from the Flop because that is the spot where everyone left in the hand is all-in. There is no way to know your all-in % from an earlier street since some players in the hand at that point did not show their cards

ahh so because there was action left, and obv 109s hits 1010, I was 2.9% equity

Right, once all the hands are shown HM can calculate the equity. At that point it will be using the known community cards as well as the known hole cards to calculate it. By that time you were way behind.

If all the hands were all in and known preflop it would calculate the equity the way you expect, w/o the board cards.
