Everything is setup properly but my PS HUD is not displaying

I'm playing on PokerStars NL HE
I've gone through the FAQ and double checked everything is in place.
The hand history is in the hand history folder and the table is in the table manager.
The hands are being imported properly.
I had the same problem with PS a long time ago on a previous machine and install.

Are there any obvious glitches when it comes to stats on PS?
