I've been trying to import some hand histories manually into HEM, but it stops after a random number of files (e.g. 12, 30, 80...n). I am importing over 5 million hands in ~5,000 files, so I thought the large number had something to do with it, so I tried breaking the files down into groups of around 30, and I still get the same erratic stops. HEM still indicates that the import is happening, although the buttons to start auto-import and manual import are live, indicating that import is not, in fact, running.

I am running HEM 1.09 beta 28 on VMWare.

I have forwarded this thread to the developer for a reply.

This happens when HEM is trying to importing false HHs, for example a hand were the Ace of spades is present twice on the flop. Please try to track down that hands by splitting up the hands into smaller batches and email us the batch were it stops to support@holdemmanager.net
