Was unsure where to put this, its in 2 sections but please help,

hello, i have just recently downloaded the free trial of HEM and i am 99% sure i am going to purchase the small stakes version. However yesterday i was using it fine, hands were being imported and stats were being shown at all 4 tables, however i changed my player preferences and soon the stats were only working on one table, the stats were still there on the other 3 but hands were not being imported and the stats were not changing.
Today i tried to use it and as i began to import hands as i sat down at my tables the table selector came up with my table names, but this said there was nobody sat at my tables, when clearly i was sat at a full 6-max 10/25 tables, then soon the table selector disappeared and there is no longer any stats appear at any of tables, and i have no idea what to do with the table selector when it pops up. I have also turned my User Account Control off as this is recommended. Please help me resolve this so i can resume playing and use HEM optimally.
Thankyou

no, but when the table manager pops up i have duffuculty in understanding what to do with it

The Table Manager and Table Finder are 2 different things. The Table Manager is your HUD control panel. You can turn HUDs on or off from here, as well as save or restore hud positions.

The Table Finder is part of the Table Manager and is used when you have problems with the HUD appearing automatically. The Table Finder will often make the HUD start auto-detecting the tables again. See if it helps:

If you are still having troubles please attach this file.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.

If you still have problems you can email it to me. Send it tol me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name.

i believe i have solved the problem, my pc turned off after i had sorted the hand history imports out, and then i turned it back on and i had to re-do all of the importing hand history, will this be a problem every time i turn my pc off?

You should not have to import your archives every time, no.
