Players hud stats vanashing randomly on microgaming

Currently have holdem manager 1.11.07a
But whilst playing microgaming network some players hud stats just vanish, usually when we get to 6 handed.
Please help.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe to 1.12.08

Updated to latest version 1.12.08 but still have same problem.

Are you playing STTs?
Are they 9handed or 10handed?

Go to hud options--> player preferences--> use for tab
check if the HUD configuration is assigned correctly with no overlapping/conflicting settings with other HUD configurations.


When the HUD disappears try using the TableFinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD
and also rightclick on the table in TableManager and manually set the number of seats (to the number of players from the START of the SNG)

Playing 10 handed sit and goes and mtts, followed instructions but still have same problem, not to sure what you mean by overlapping/conflicting hud configs. in player preferences i only have 1 hud configuration

Think problem is fixed , must of been conflicting huds
