Hem1 - unactive license code now wont let me input active

Managed to put in my old HEM1 only code (upgrades to hem+om license for HEM1)

tried uninstall/reinstall and uninstall/restart computer/reinstall

still seem to keep me "old" key and wont let me reinput the new one.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
In HoldemManager--> click help--> clear serial
Then restart the program.

If it then still doesn't allow you to enter the new serial:

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden file)



Also please try this:

1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

That will completely delete the old license, and enable you to enter a new serial.

i got the same problem, then i updated to the new version, but the problem is still there!

please send your updated Reg.log file to support@holdemmanager.com from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.
