View Full Version : Just bought HEM and have tons of problems auto importing

Hi

I am having import problems with my brand new HEM. I play on stars and i configured the hand history to save in this folder - C:\Users\Cubfan2238\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandH istory\ . I have followed the user guide and unhid all of these files. I also went to control panel and turned off user account controls. The hand histories are saving on my computer but when i push auto import it doesn't import the hands it actually says i have import errors.

I followed your FAQ " If you choose to leave it as C:\Users\morny\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistor y\ then you'll need to unhide the hidden files in Vista and use that as the auto import folder below instead. This will work fine also but will require a knowledge of advanced settings to unhide the folders.

What does the last sentence of this statement mean? I am confused.

I made sure the save hand history check box on stars was checked. I even created a new database and still IMPORT ERRORS. The hands are not in my database. Please direct me if i can some how change the folder so that the hands will import. Oh and i configured my HUD and its not coming up when i play either. I also imported my old PT3 database and im missing hands. I have a 455k hand database and im missing like 30k hands. I followed every step in the trouble shoot and its not working. Look im giving you 24hrs , or i want all $145 back. The only reason why i bought HEM professional was so i could import Omaha as well. This is just ridiculous at how long of a process it is to set up this program properly. What a headache........

Chances are you just need to update to the latest beta version.

*If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
