View Full Version : HEM freezes when adding import folder

Add auto import folder
select import folder
After pressing button and selecting disk D it freezes at all
(disk D is just another partition of HDD with )

Please create a folder on that partition and select the new folder name. I don't think you are allowed to pick a main drive partition to import from.

There ARE folders - including the one I want to select - HEM became "not responding"

I press Add folder button in HEM, then in opened Windows "Folder select" form - try navigate to disk D (where needed folder located) - and no more action

Can you navigate to the folder via windows explorer?

yes, using windows explorer I can navigate to every folder, including that with HH I want to set up in HEM

I have no idea what on your computer can cause this problems. The only way i see is to look onto your system via teamviewer.
