I am currently using the HM 15 day trial, running version 10.9 beta 28. I plan on purchasing the full hold'em and omaha professional version if I can get this problem sorted out.

I have configured everything according to the info in the FAQs. I have imported all of my old hand histories from everywhere I play. I can get the HUD to work everywhere I play. What I can't seem to do is see any of the hands that I have played on OnGame since they updated their software a few months ago.

I have set up the AutoImport tab to find the hand histories where they are being stored. I have checked to see that the hand histories are actually being stored there, which they are.

According to the info in the FAQ for setting up OnGame, it says that these files should be .txt files, but when I look at mine, they end in a .log file extension. Under the "Type" tab, they are still shown as text documents.

Please help! Thank you.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

If that doesn't help, please answer and post these questions: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

No Vista. XP.

OnGame is running very slowly on my computer, so I will try to deal with that first.

It's a bit of a typo in the FAQ. Log files are a type of text file.

If you are still having import or HUD problems, please answer the questions netsrak linked to.
