Playing cashgames?
What stakes?

Did you have allin hands in the session?

Email us an all-in hand handhistory where the EV matches the $Won.

hand histories are imported correctly and EV difference appears in the hands column of the sessions tab, but the total on the left isn't computed correctly

Can you post a screenshot of an example, or email a handhistory--> where if we import it--> will clearly show the EV total is wrong.

there are hands in USD EUR and GBP, that might be the cause of the problem

EV is calculated for the AK hand where you were preflop allin.

HoldemManager uses all-in EV, not "street by street EV", so only all-in hands will result in a $EV Diff.

I can see the EV has been calculated for the AK hand, but please compare the graph on the left with the session summary above it. There is a difference from net$ to EV$ in the graph but the summary shows them to be equal at -674.27

Please zip and email this session's original hand history files from c:\hm2archive to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.

Hey there,

I'm having the same problem, clearly the minigraph shows that my EV is different from my results, but in the session box it has them as the exact same. It quite often does this, although there have been times when it has calculated EV correctly (maybe less than 20% of the time, as I can remember at least). I definitely had many all in hands, Any ideas on a fix? Thanks.

Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm2_2.0.0.6263.exe

If that doesn't resolve it, reimport your hands into a new database.
