My HM won't stop importing (even though nothing seems to import) and when i press the "stop import" button, nothing happens for eternal time.

This has been going on for over a month, i have simply stopped using the software now, but sinse i want to play HU i would like to get some stats of my game again (i play at PS).

And another question while i am at it: Does HM import SnG stats as well - and if so, how do i do that (do i have to take them all to my mail)?

Thanks!

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.

This is typically a UAC or Firewall issue.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, uninstall it completely before installing HM/SQL - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

If that doesn't help, let us know.

It will import the hands, but you also need to import the summaries.

Stars > Requests > Tourney Histories

Copy the body of the email to a text file and import the file.

Not a problem. That should cure it. FWIW, Windows Updates sometime will turn this back on without you knowing about it.
