Artefacts in notes. HEM 5944(known issue being worked on)

Hi,
Some players have artefacts, like [Medium][CashGame][Omaha].
The artefacts appear/disappear randomly without reseting/reprocessing notes .

Those are there so you know what game type/size the notes came from. Otherwise you'd have duplicates and would think that's a bug so this is better

But only few players have that game description. Majority haven't that descriptions.
In additional they appears/disappears without any reason. Both screenshots are from one player. First, he had them, next time I opened HEM again and it no longer has them.
I only play omaha cash. How can I get rid of that descriptions?
