Hi

I can not import hand. I thought I was an experienced user as I have used PT for years - but I really am not! :)

The path I am using is the same as they suggest in the help section. As I am using the same path as with PT. So it should be fine.

I am using VISTA by the way. Any idea why it would not auto-import?

Perhaps the new R5 software has also caused you guys trouble?

I am playing OMAHA - but I guess that should make no difference :)

I have tried it all. Are you sure that is does support ONgame? Also the new software that is brand new. PT PAH does not support the new software, and perhaps you have the same problems.

It simple does not wokr :)

Yes, it works with the new OnGame software. There were some initial bugs when they introduced the new client, but those have been resolved.

Is there by any change a hotline you can call too...?

I would be more than willing to pay for it... I have used so much time already. And I just want to play poker. Time is money!

Okay, I will give it another go...

It took 1 minute to set up auto-import on Ipoker... So.. that is why i though there was someting wrong with ONgame.

But I am willing to pay for support. $80 (which i paid) is not that much in poker terms :D

4 hours of not playing poker is more expensive... ;)

I am answering the question since the first 2 bullets are done...

Okay, that seems that It does find the hands and import it. Perhaps it have done that the whole time...

But I can't see it in the that the hands are not in the databse. This means that the 'players tab' is '0'. What should I do?

I think I have followed the steps inserted below. And I am in the middle og 5a). So should I set up a new database? If i click the link you sent me... Well, then I get a 404 failure.

What should I do.

5) So by now you should have confirmed in answering each question that you have setup the folders correctly and the hands are appearing in the correct folder.

Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager? Test this by playing a couple of hands and then going to the Reports tab in Holdem Manager. Navigate to Filter > Clear and for the date filter choose today. Do the hands that you just played import successfully?

5a) If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database.

I don't really understand where you are stuck now.

Well, As i wrote in the last post...

It is importing. But I can't see any players in my databases. The link fozzy sent me.. that if it was the case you should make a new databases. Since a corrupt databases might be the problem.

If the hands are importing the Players (xx,xxx) number should be increasing, for the total number of players in the DB.
