Hi folks,

just one thing to mention from me:

Maybe it would be more customer-friendly if you offer some kind of email support instead of this "you firstly have to register at a forum"-way to contact anybody if there are some problems with the software.

Not everybody is a computer-"pro" and will soon be frustrated digging through a huge forum if there is just a little question to be asked.

I'd buy the software - but not if a forum is the ONLY support.

Kind regards

Tazz

sheesh,

seriously Tazz, get to love the forum and be amazed at the speed of response from these folks, sometimes within minutes, from the guys who wrote the program or parts of it to others who know it inside out.
Pop over to Poker Office and watch the tumbleweed blowing through the forums then come back to the livliest and most responsive setup you could wish for.

And nope dont work for them - just a satisfied customer :)

You can email support@holdemmanger.com or any of us directly, but the forum threads are a much faster and more efficient method. You don't need to search for your answer if you don't have time. Post the problem and you should get an email notification when someone has replied to your thread. It is basically the same process, other than the 1 or 2 minutes it takes to first register to the forum. The forums are checked by multiple employees, multiple times a day. Most of us only check our emails 1 or 2 times a day, because we are far too busy answering the forum threads.

All the problems and previous details are contained in a single thread, instead of jumbled up over multiple, individual emails. The email method makes it almost impossible to follow a conversation/problem from beginning to end. With the forums, it is all right there in a single thread, able to be searched, and available as possible solutions for other users. You also get the added benefit of having multiple support people see the thread, instead of a single support person on email. You may also get help from HM customers that had the same issue.
