Problem With HEM importing ...

Hey guys, i just bought HEM but i can't manage to get it going ..
I folowed some steps and now i need to import a few hands so i can choose my hero's name.

So i made a folder where to import from ( pokerstars) and a folder where to import too, so all that is working.

But when i start auto-imoort and start playing, it recognises the files but with alot of errors, and it doesnt import at all :s

i already have the latest version 1.08.04, and already made a new database to make sure it want corupted ...

this is really anoying, i hope some1 can help me :)
