View Full Version : Stars MTT results importing

I have been searching off and on for some time and to no avail I have been unable to import my pokerstars MTT Results.

FTP auto imports my results just fine but for pokerstars everything is shown as a loss for every buy in I have played. I had Pstars send me my HH but that didnt give me the results I needed. I was just wondering what are the appropriate steps to get those results imported into HEM?

my hands are importing fine.

The issue that I am unable to resolve is specifically the mtt results. For some reason I cannot get the final results to be updated as stated it just has every mtt i have played as a loss, which is not the case. There are simply no results not what place I finished, etc.

My hud is working fine all game games imports are working, just this one thing. Let me know if there is anything else I can do

You need to request the tournament history in the Stars client via mail and import them:

I did all the steps listed and in FAQS. I received an excel and html version of the history C/P into clip board with no results. I really am sorry for the inconvievce but I truly want to try and get this to work. perhaps someone would be willing to help me on skype Taylor Christian Goldsberry/ or on aim pAe55

I really have done all the listed steps and I can get my hands imported just not the results.

PokerStars client only allows you to request 200 tournament summaries which gets emailed to you.

I have emailed PokerStars to get my entire tournament summary in the same format but they said due to technical reasons this cannot be done.

Instead I have created HTML and XLS formats of all my tournament summary details, can this be imported into Holdem Manager software somehow? The files represent my results in a form of a table, I'm not sure whether this will be straight forward or not.

Please advise.

The XLS files can not be imported.

ive been trying everything and nothing seems to work. I really would appreciate if someone could IM, PM me I really would like to get this to work as it is important.

He's not alone, I have the same problem. I'm not really a tournament player but it's still annoying.
I would appreciate to have a fix for stars to this problem.

Can you please tell me what I have to do with the HTML-tables to import them into HM? How about the HTML-tags? Does HM ignore them or do I have to detag them before importing?

You should be able to just use Import From File(s) and point to the HTML file.

Please www.7zip.org some of the problem hands and the associated summary files and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread.

Hi, are you guys using version 1.09 beta 30? Any version of 1.09 should be ok but I tried with this one on the HTML file that was sent to me and it imported all but 4 tourneys out of about 1100

yes I just tried it and there were all errors, reinstalled 1.9 b30 aswell

I skimmed the thread, and didn't notice where we had suggested you try a enw DB?

*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, and export/import the hands from the old DB, and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

yea guys this simply isnt working I cant get anything to work and I am frustrated because this seems like it is an easy task. Is there really no one that could help me out?
