problems at Carbon Poker

I've seen this reoccuring problem on other threads, but I think mine is slightly different. My hud occasionally does not show in tourneys (never a problem heads up, but occasionally in tourneys). The diff. is my hands are still importing and showing as duplicate. Read other threads and tried table manager, still nothing, any suggestions?

You've probably created an import 'loop'.
Go to your auto import folder settings:
-make sure there is an archive folder the hands are archived to
-make sure the archive folder is NOT used AS an import folder

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

If that doesn't resolve it, create a new database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager
and reimport your hands.

update: so far so good, creating a new database seemed to solve it

my hud works fine for 9max mtt's but isn't showing up for 6max mtt's. I used the table finder to try and fix it, but that doesn't work. How can I fix this??

Go to hud options--> player preferences--> use for tab
Check that your HUD is also assigned to FR tournies.
And go over ALL the other HUD configurations so there are no overlapping/conflicting settings:
another HUD assigned to "any site" could result in such a conflict.
