HEM not working all of a sudden

When I start the program it looks like this:

but it's not actually importing anything. When I click stop it just says stopping... and never get's anywhere. The HUD never loads, and my HUD configuration all of a sudden went back to default. I tried reinstalling HEM but same thing. I use HEM every day and this just happened out of nowhere.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

That is the cause 95% of the time. It often gets turned back on during windows updates.

If that doesn't help, Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171
