В общем я решил проблему.
Надо сделать копии всех текущих попапов, а потом выбрать именно копии.
То есть заходим в HUD options->Popup Designer. выбираем нужный попап, жмем New popup, он спросил, сделать копию текущего попапа или нет? Говорим да. Далее в Stat Appearance выбираем копию попапа. И так для всех своих попапов.
У меня все заработало после этих действий.
Только в попапах пропали знаки процентов, непривычно.

Спасибо, все получилось! Хотя, конечно надеюсь, что они решат проблему с процентами, без них прямо скажем неудобно

нет, мне это не помогло :rolleyes:
возможно это как-то связано с наличием пустых строк (столбцов) в попапе.
пробовал удалить пустые строки, делал копию, не работает.
у меня WinXP

i am not hm2 support but i will point out that your hm1 will work for min 6 months if u used a upgrade code. so pls contact hm2 support via email or forums and they will sort out the issue with your hm1 lic.

Very sorry about this, none of the internal testers got this and we didnt have any reports of this from the internal version with the exception of 1 popup error related to a particular popup which we didnt get any further information back on.
Please rollback to this version while we troubleshoot and well get out a new patch asap

i am not hm2 support but i will point out that your hm1 will work for min 6 months if u used a upgrade code. so pls contact hm2 support via email or forums and they will sort out the issue with your hm1 lic.
Sure I've sent email to the support. What do u think? They reseted my HM2 license (facepalm).
Looks like they don't even have enough time to read letters.

Hi, really appreciate all those screenshots, our Russian tech support guy has reproduced this and this is good as it will help us fix it quicker, for anyone with non Russian settings are you using a non english setting in your regional setting and also in settings what is your culture set to.
Also what OS are you using, Vlad reproduced on XP, is anyone here using XP too? Well get to the bottom of this quickly guys and i appreciate your patience.

I am english on all settings...my error states there is a problem with a popup also that is causing the error, but that pop-up is labeled prefloprev11...it was imported from HEM1 and was called prefloprev1 in that.
I'll try to add a screenshot...on Win 7

Could you please tell me what should i do if i just want to have a good software to analyse my statistics? I don't want to rename any popups, send any logs, prefs, configs, making screenshots etc.
I don't want to do this, but i do, do this to make your software better.

What can be more important than ugly HUD? Hand histories for some tables are opened beyond the screen borders, we just can't see them. Ugly realization of hand history window, hands can be tagged only "for review", other tags just don't work.
The replayer is very very bad. We cannot export any hands from there, we cannot tag and untag any hands in one click, so we have to open hands note window, open tags list, tag\untag, then close that window. THIS IS SO INCONVINIENT! I've made some suggestions to improve, they didn't.
Besides, i just NEED to change cards images, as i did in HM, but i can't! I have two monitors and i NEED hm2 to open exact into that monitor, from which i sent him to the tray, not to my main monitor, cause the tables are there. I need to see stats for ALL of my hands in replayer, i don't care what your programmers think, but i just need and it must be optional.
We make tons of suggestions, why do we do this if we are not being heard?
Should i change my software to your analogs? But i don't want to, i paid my money for this and i would like to be heard and listened, that's what i call support.

Just pushed a new update with the fix for the popup issues, the replayer issue with no hud showing for some hands will be along in a couple of hours. New update is v5944

Is the new update out yet (.5944) ? When I click on update on HEM2 it does not detect a new version. Also, I tried http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Update.exe but still I see the .5939 version that I already have.

Guys not sure why your not getting a prompt for new version, ive tested it a couple of times and it works for me, can you attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder and also tell me what version you currently have.
In the meantime you can use this to manually upgrade

After the manual update to version .5944 the automatic update to .5965 (through HEM2) worked normally for me.

Most of the time, this is an antivirus issue:
Please add holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncapps.exe, postgres.exe, pg_ctl.exe and hmupdate.exe (available only during an update) to the list of exceptions in your firewall and antivirus.
Please make sure that you install HM2 on an administrator account and runHM2 as an administrator.
Please use the direct download link for now:

You may need to uninstall your antivirus and firewall, install HM2, and then reinstall the AV/FW.
Please note that the hmupdate file only exists during an update.
